Talked to a "customer solutions representative " what a ridiculous title, after more than half hour wait (Fido profits going up, hiring going down). Rep was nice and thorough. Resolved by resetting network settings but didn't help in the end. Other solutions? Really don't want to wait on my iPhone. BTW why so many prompts before speaking to a person? Do they think we only just now heard of the Internet? No. We need a human when we need a human. Is there anyone out there?

I'm sad to read your situation was not resolved after calling in. Is it possible that you might have accidentally disabled data access for Facebook? That would explain why you're only avle to get it to load when you're on wifi. You can verify if it's turn off in your settings.
