So far today, I've been experiencing several connection problems on my phone purchased last year. Its been fine until lately, where it suddenly disconnects from the Fido network. When I go to Settings>Wireless And Networks>Mobile Networks>Network Operators>Search Networks, I wait roughly ten minutes and then it tells me the SIM card cannot connect to the network. Even when switching to the 2G network, it still boots me. I disabled packet data as I don't have a data plan. Keep in mind that I am using a prepaid plan.
Thanks!
Corey

Hi there bigapplepietart,
I recommend you process and hardware isolation test. Simply insert your SIM in another phone to see if the issue persists. You can also insert a different SIM into your Galaxy Q. This will shed light on the source of the problem. You can also contact our tech support over the phone to reset your network profile,
