Dropped incoming calls (continues for past 12 days)

Hi Fido,

 

One of our company phones (Pixel 2) is experiencing dropped calls, clients cannot call the pixel 2, call get dropped. We tried resetting the phone to factory defaults without results.

 

Can you please help us figure out if the issue is with FIDO or with the Pixel 2 phone?

Does this issue happen everywhere? If it does, it is probably related to the SIM or the device. If it's only in a specific area, it might be network related, so I'd suggest contacting customer service using any of the options you'll find here.
