Double Charged and device not received

I got an iPhone 13 online for black Friday with Fido and made a downpayment of 240cad +tax. I got my receipt immediately but never got the tracking number for my phone and still haven't received it yet. Today I saw there were two charges on my credit card of 240cad+tax one by rogers and one by fido. Ive never even had a plan with rogers so I don't know why I got charged by them. I am very lost about what to do right now. I am 500 dollars out with no phone.

Hi there @squaredhammer7 , a double charge would make me nervous too. Did you contact customer support through one of the options listed Here ?
