Does the Fido S10 high volume warning repeat every 20 hrs with headphones?

My s7 popped up this ridiculous warning every 20 hours. For me that is once a week, as I plug in my  car stereo, home stereo, and work stereo. utterly absurd considering I'm not wearing headphones and it must be at full volume when using head phone jack as a line out.

Thanks have this on my S7. Wasn't sure it would work on the S10 w/Pie OS.

IF not - ready to sell the Fido S10 and buy the international version that has the option to "do not show this warning again" 

Ridiculous to see an irrelevant warning 1 to 2 times a week when I have never plugged in head phones. Not very smart for a so called "smart phone"
