I tried signing up for Fido to switch from another company.
When I was almost done signing up, my internet browser suddenly closed. I had to start over again.
This happened within just 5 minutes. Sadly, they checked my credit twice because of this, and I'm really upset about it. My experience with Fido has been really disappointing.
Is there any chance I can get back the extra credit they took?

Hi @mayamakvandi , sorry that happened to you. The credit check is an automated process that check if you qualify. I'm not sure there is a way to take one back. You would be more likely to get an accurate answer to this by speaking directly with a customer service representative from fido. I find contacting fidosolutions on Twitter or Facebook a more relaxing exchange as, you don’t have to wait on the phone and you can dialog it direct message. All the best.

Thanks for your response and understanding. I appreciate your suggestion to reach out to Fido directly via social media. I'll definitely give that a try and see if I can find a resolution to this issue.
