Please cancel my plans, I came both online and in person, none works. No data for nearly 3 months now, I got a notification of 0 data since the beginning of every month. Try calling, no answer, try going in person, they suggest to call? Please cancel all of my plans from Fido

  Firstly, you should note these forums are community-driven and not intended as a venue for customer services. We do not have access to customers' accounts nor are we in any position to address your matter. As far as I am aware, cancellations can only be done by calling them:

 

                 You may cancel any or all of your Services and any corresponding Agreement at any time by calling us...

                             ~taken from Terms of Service; section 2e

 

  I understand you may have already attempted to contact them. However, if you would like to cancel your services, you would need to contact customer service. In addition, they can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter. Those methods can be accessed via the contact page posted above.
