Can't upgrade my phone.

Its been 5 days I been trying to upgrade my phone, still no luck I tried using the app,browser in PC and calling support. But they still could figure out why. I'm at Zero($0.00) balance yet can't upgrade.

 

First agent I was able to talk to said it's a glitch or technical problem on their end so we ended up there.

Second agent the next day saying please wait 1 to 3 days as their fixing the system so we ended there.

And last agent today said unfortunately it's not giving me the option on keep my plan instead you have to pay the full amount of the cellphone to be able to upgrade.

FIDO?? What's going on???...been with you guys for 6 + years......

Hi @MisT , did you have any luck getting this resolved? You can try upgrading through the app or going to fido.ca and trying there. I'm pretty sure you can keep your plan when financing a new device as the cost of financing is applied to your bill and any discount comes off the plan not the actual cost of the phone. You could even try getting assistance through fidosolutions on Twitter or Facebook. Bear in mind that there's an administrative fee for going through a customer service representative. Here are other ways to contact support if needed.
