Can't Make or Receive Calls

Hello, 

I can't make or receive any calls. It doesn't even ring and eventually just fails. LTE is active working. 

I have an iPhone X and have updated to the latest iOS.

Sorry to hear you are having issues making and receiving calls, is the data working?

Can you check to see if there are any carrier updates for the device then try restarting the phone and see if you are able to make a call?
