Can I use the phone I have got from Fido with a different carrier?

Hi,

I have a pixel 6 device from Fido, but I am using a Bell simcard on it to use 5G service (I have two simcards, one from Fido and the other one from Bell). I am already using my pixel 6 with Bell simcard and I can access 5G network, but I can not access 5g+ network which uses 5G SA band which is totally supported by Pixel 6. Although my location is under 5G+ coverage and my  device is updated with the latest patches, I am still unable to access 5G+ network. 

My question is that does Fido need to do anything on their side? 

I have called Bell and they say everything is fine with them

Yes, our devices are all unlocked. You can choose to use any SIM card if required.
