Call forwarding

I have discovered SSID codes enabled on my phone, where calls were/ are being forwarded to another number. I have changed my sim into different phones but the problems persists. I am forwarded to a fake agent prentending to be the company I am calling, this includes Fido. I cannot find a way to deactivate this and customer support in the Fido store have no idea. I need help urgently to resolve this.

Are you using an Android or iPhone?  When someone calls you is your phone ringing or are the calls forwarded somewhere else? See if the instructions in this article here help you.

Hi Thanks for your input. The phones have been both iPhones and android. There is no discernable transferor is done mid call and just before you speak to an active agent.
