Blackberry 9780 BBM Not Working?

I called Fido and asked for BBM, they let me have it but they sent me an invoice saying that the effects won't change until June. 26th which is today.

I did multiple battery pulls but still nothing?

Did you contact our customer service to ensure BBM is indeed active on your account?
