Android 12 for S21 update

Why has my S21 not upgraded to andriod 12 as of Jan 6, 2022?

Hi @Cal457 @KAPABLE-K , I see we will get the update on January 18th according to the update schedule. That date is always subject to change, but at least there's a date now.

The S21 update was paused by Samsung as @Original_Lucy mentioned but it was resolved and the update was resumed but just like every update it is rolled out it bacthes January 6th might be the released date but does not mean you will get it the same day, you should be getting it in the next few days.

Hi @Cal457,  I believe android 12 release has been pulled back due to some issues. You can check for software updates Here to check release dates. Hope that helps
