I accidentally selected the wrong date to activate my new iphone. The phone is set to activate on December 3, but arrived today. Fido is unable to change this date until my billing period starts. Any suggestions?

If you already spoke to customer service and they said it can only be done once the billing cycle starts then you will have to wait for that period and they should make the changes.
