Acer Liquid E & Mass Storage Mode

Hi , i got this phone yesterday and it was able to enter mass storage mode until i hide the notifcation now when i connect USB It only charges and doesnt enter mass storage ; there are no notifcations.

Hello harjit456,

If you wish to transfer information between the microSD Card in your phone and your computer, you can connect your phone to a PC using the supplied USB cable. Plug the USB sync cable into the mini USB connector on your smartphone. Plug the USB client connector into an available USB port on your computer.

Tap USB notification > USB connected. Click Mount.

You will now be able to see the microSD Card in your phone as a drive in your computer’s file explorer.

If it doesn't work, it may be possible that your phone's software was corrupted somehow. You would have to install it again.
