First time that I've heard this. Have you tried syncing your phone with iTunes since the update to see if it would clear the bugs? I would also suggest doing a restore through iTunes. During the restore, you may select to either restore from backup or as new device. I would suggest first doing a restore from backup, and if the issue persists, then I'd try a restore as new to ensure that there is no app or downloaded file that may be corrupted.
