Unanswerable Customer Service

I am new to Fido.  When I got my SIM, I was told of so many benefits by the Sales Rep. I was told I would be given a "First Time Subscription Weaver" worth over $50; and that my first payment has to be around $34 but rather than enjoy any such promise, I was being billed $89.

Every effort to reach the Fido Customer Service was frustrated by no agent taking my call each time, after staying on hold for hours.

This first experience with Fido is very bad and I won't mind dumping Fido.
