Tracking number

Hi I order my iPhone 13 128 GB in the colour green on November 29 and I still haven't received a tracking number when I ordered it on the phone the person I was talking to said it will arrive before Christmas and I know you don't ship on holidays and I'm a bet worried it won't arrive tomorrow
