I just wanted say thank you to Nav at Fido in the bramalea city centre yesterday, for all your help, care, and kindness to set up my new phone and mobile plan for me.  I did not recieve an email from Fido to complete a customer service survey but I wanted to give Nav a 10/10.  Nav had patience with me, making sure I understood my moblie plan in detail.  Thank you Nav.
