i Just got fido mobilr plan .First they told me you will get all the services in $35 and charged me $45 instead .now i had internationl minutes on my plan . i used it for 4 minutes and they sent me bill for $85 .

Hey @kirankau

 

Where did you activate your account? Was it in store or over the phone? If it was in store, the details of the transaction fee would have been on the documents that you had to sign before activating your service.

 

As for the international minutes, not all countries are included. The list of countries is mentioned in the confirmation email that you got.
