“Dear” Fido,
On December 26 th 2017, I treated myself to a new iPhone 7 128 mb minutes after my credit card was charged with the cost of the new device and the changed to my data plan were made with absolutely no delay. Yet to this day I have not receive the shipping confirmation email. I have tried calling customer service 3 times during the first week of January but got hung up on every time. I after waiting more than 90 minutes each time. I have also written to Fido’s ombudsman but to no avail. Since I just noticed that some of the moderators on the community boards appear to be linked to or are employees of Fido’s, I turn to this board as a last resort. Honestly, the lack of consideration for its clients an the lack of effort to retaining its customer force me to determining my contract after being a customer of Fido since 1998.
