You would have picked the access code/number at the time of activation. It is also printed on the summary page that the store prints out to you when they activate your line, so it would be best to go through your papers (you did keep them I hope?) and check what it is incase you forgot it. Otherwise they might ask you some personal questions to gain access to your account, so dont be offended or worried if they do.
