Hello Fido.. This is very difficult because I am unable to make the calls since morning and the same is with my wife. It says unfortunately we cannot complete your call as dialed every time I try to call anyone. Even I cannot call the Support Team and the chatbox is taking so much longer to respond. How is this going to work?

Hi @rutul0503 , that's not a good thing. Have you tried resetting your network in the settings? The usual troubleshooting is remove your Sim card, restart your device, re install your Sim card and restart your device again. If that or a reset of the network doesn't help you, may I suggest reaching out to fidosolutions on Twitter to have this problem looked at and or connect with technical support.

@Original_Lucy Thanks for providing the option which I will definitely try and see if it works. Losing connectivity during working hours is a big issue. If this continues, I might have to change my service provider.
