unable to receive messages from iphone users

today i upgraded my phone from iphone SE to samsung S8.I'm having an issue on receiving text messages coming from iphone users but i can send and they can receive my text messages coming from me.What will I do to fix it?

Welcome to the Community Smiley 

 

Have you switched off the iMessage setting for your number when you made the switch? If you didn't, iMessages might still go directly to your old phone or any Apple device with your Apple ID.
