retrieving deleted imessages

I accidentally erase all my call list/call log. N i wanted to retrieve it n some of my messages. I try to contact customer service but it doesnt help at all. They said they will send it through my acct. On my message but they never send one. Anyone can help?

Welcome to the community!

No carrier logs our messages and Fido only logs the numbers for out going calls only and you can get that when your invoice is produced at the end of your billing cycle.

You might be able to retrieve data depending on the last time your iPhone did a backup.
