"Register as an Account Holder" doesn't work

Hi Guys,

Has anyone sucessfully regeistered as an account holder?

Support tells me that I have to register as account holder to view bills online. When i filled out my account number and postal code from Register as an Account Holder in My Accounts, i was led to the error page 'ARF! GRRR... Are you lost?' page.

Please help...
