poor customer service

I called fido customer service alot of time first problem i face is i have wait more them 30 min to talk with u guys then after wasting like 1 hr on useless talks my problem is still on sloved I complained that i not using the number which i am charged for i want to stop that service from my account even i am charged for it . Secondly u guys are frauds i was supposed to get back my security fee which i made every time i call customer service they tel me it’s processed u will get it in 7 days but its been 6 months now
