ordered iPhone XR on Nov 27th but didn't even get the confirmation email let alone the tracking number.
My credit card was charged so I know the order went through successfully.
Can I track status of order online?
There was a very low inventory on the iPhone XR globally in the past few weeks, which could explain the delays though I understand this is really not ideal.
Can you let us know which color you had ordered? The White or Red models could take longer to deliver than the Black one.
Did you also check your Spam folder just to make sure that the confirmation email for the order didn't get directed there? You should normally receive an email confirmation once the order is processed and another one once a tracking number is available and you should then be able to track it online.
