My phone just went to No Network Coverage, is this a phone issue or a network issue

Is the issue still ongoing?

 

If so, here's some troubleshooting you can take a look at:

 

- Where are you located (which city)? There may be a network issue in your area.

- If you try to select the Fido network manually, is it possible to do so?

- Does it happen everywhere or only in specific locations?

- Have you tried your SIM in another phone to see if the issue persists? If it does, the issue is with the SIM or the network. If it doesn't, the issue is with the phone itself.
