I just topped up credit for my number pay as you go account to a little over $20 last week, but now it is 0 dollars balance, I am sure we did not use it, we turned off the phone over the weekend too.
Maybe someone used your phone or did your phone access the data network and used up your credit.
Either way you will need to get a Fido representative to look at your account to verify what happened.
Just note wait times today will be long because of the current promotion that is going on.
