iphone 12 pro queue

i was made to order iphone 12 pro with a verbal commitment of 2-3 weeks waiting. guys i ordered it on november 20. i was 191 in queue and today on jan 12 after around 7 weeks im 144 in queue. suggest should i wait or pick up a new phone from elsewhere.

We apologize for the delays, I assure you the delays are involuntary as the device is extremely popular and is backordered. 

 

If it's an option for you to get the device from a Fido store or the Apple store directly, it is definitely possible to cancel your reservation and pick up the phone in store. You can cancel the reservation by following these steps: 

  1. Go to fido.ca.
  2. Log in to My Account on fido.ca.
  3. Go to Services section.
  4. Go to My Device at the bottom of the page.
  5. Click Device Reservation.
  6. Select Cancel Reservation.

*For In Progress or Shipped status: order can’t be cancelled on fido.ca. If customer doesn’t pick up their phone at the store the reservation will be cancelled automatically and $40 will be refunded.
