in coming and out going calls dont show up

i tried to recall the last number called and and it says thatcontact not available . why does it do that ? it just started to do this yesterday and it never did it before. please help

Does this only happen with one specific phone number? Does it work when you try dialling the number manually? Also, what kind of phone are you using?
