I have cancelled my iPad data plan but it is not prorated. On my bill it shows service was ineffect for April 4th to April 9th but still was charged the full 10 dollars as if I used the data for the entire billing cycle. How can you charge me full price for something I didnt use? I will file a complaint with the CRTC. Very upset about this!!
