been a loyal customer of rogers fido over 10 years .however the level of service has changed .In short it sucks .
i have 4 mobile accounts and internet service .
my frustation is its been day 4 of no internet service.
spoken to numerous agents some goo some just disconnect the phone .Not because im rude because i refuse to 1.give my name again after havin spoken to another agent and transfered to them .Shouldnt all information be transfered by the pervioius agent .
that aside work from home .
plus kids need the internet for school and entertainment
plus two elderly needs
plus one heart patient
In todays worls of connectivity and being in a developed country ....for god sake iindia has quicker service ....shame shame shame shame Rofers Fido Shame .
