I had an issue with an extra fee on my bill and they kept me on the live chat for 1 hour and stopped responding. Kept transferring me from one agent to another & wasted my time to another level. This was ridiculous & it is definitely not appreciated. If this is what you're giving to your customers, you better improve otherwise there's only going to be negative comments about this company!
