I ported 2 devices around 2pm, only one of them working on LTE/3G so far ... the other one only works for voice services
issue resolved after getting through to a person on the hotline after 1 hour wait ... it required a network reset on Fido end.
@mk20 you should also make sure the APN settings are correct on the devices, you can get that info here.
