I am fido client for 9 years. I have 5 lines now. my last bill had $350 data overcharge. I already requested to block data and remove anyone who can decide to overcharge or change the plan except me.
unfortunately my daughter access cell phones went overusage of data and I believe that this is Fido's mistake.
I was on the phone with Fido customer service for 4 hours to explain the problem and they verified my previous requests but they didn't remove the extracharge.
it is very disappointing that after 9 years you don't care about your client's request.
I am going to cancel all my lines and make an official complaint about extra charges.
