As long you didn't use more than 30 minutes of airtime usage during the first 15 days yes you can return it.
Note that if you got it from store, you have to go to the exact same store where you got it.
If you got it from call center, call fido and ask for exchange and they will send you another phone. Once you receive it, you send the old one.
