Guess some Fido staff got typo when handling my mobile service application. Can't create "Account Holder" now. The system keep telling me the info doesn't match with the system. Kind of frustrated especailly you found unexpected charges on your account and you're not able to "View bill". Any help would be appeciated.
Hi @shadowmoses111 , sorry you're having trouble with your account. The best thing to do is to call customer support from your device to *611 and have an agent help you with this. Unfortunately, no one in the community forum has access to anyone's account. You can also reach out by other methods Here
