Wrong number added under my account

Hello.  Two days ago I add two number under my account. One for Shaghayegh who is a virgin client at the moment and would like to change her operator to Fido. Her plan is supposed to be 20G internet for $35 a month. 

 

The other one is for Artin who has never had a number before. He has his own phone so he just need a plan. And his plan is 20G internet for $45.

 

I see all the information in my account is wrong. Please correct these information based on what I am telling you in my account and let me know as soon as possible.
