I ported my number to Fido from Chatr. My old number was ***-***-5836.
But a mistake was done by the agent and he entered the wrong number as ***-***-5864.
Can you please get this rectified as soon as possible, as it is creating a lot of trouble for me.

So they sent a Port-In request with the wrong number?
In that case the best thing to do is to contact us so we can update or send another request for it
