Wireless home phone stopped working

Hi guys,
My wireless home phone stopped working today on Christmas day🙁. I am trying get hold of Fido and it's already been 30 min waiting. Did yiu guys have this trouble? Do you think its the modem dead? How to check if my modem is ok? Please help.

What happens exactly when you try to make a call? Did you happen to reboot your modem?
