This is definitely not from Fido. We suggest blocking the number directly from your device. We also recommend reporting the incident to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre online: www.antifraudcentre.ca or by phone at 1-888-495-8501

Yes, that is the number that shows when the win back team calls, you should also note the win back team while made up of some Fido employees it is a third-party company and if you miss a call from them you will have to wait for them to call you back as customer service would not have any information until you are re-register as a Fido customer again.
