I have moved to another provider, and then I got phone calls. Winback offered better deal. So I switch back to fido. When I see the bills, it is different from what I was told i also received an email with copy of the deal that i am going to get.
I have contacted customer service MULTIPLE TIMES, but they are repeating same things - I don't see that discounts, and winback team will contact me back in 24 to 48 hours. It's been weeks and I haven't heard anything from them.
Is this a real fraud? Or is there any number I can contact them directly?
It is such a wasting of time.
The customer service team can't find my discount ,which is in my account, properly and always takes so long time to have a proper conversation.
Anyone has same issue?
