Winback calls dropped

I ported out few days ago and received an email from fido saying that there would be a good plan and they would call me. I did receive two calls from them, but each time I picked up, the call dropped. Is there any other way to reach them instead of waiting calls?

The problem is, eventhough they did call back, the call would drop as soon as I picked up. I searched the simillar posts in the community and this is a common issue.☹️
