WiFi use while roaming

I will go to Mozambique on 12th August and stay in Mozambique until 24th September(42 days).

Can I use my phone at the hotels and rental houses in Mozambique by connecting to the wifi.

What should I do?

if you do not want to use the phone service and just want to use WiFi then all you do is turn on airplane mode then manually turn on the WiFi connection and you will be fine. Another thing you can do is call Fido and ask them to put a roaming block on your line.
