Why is it not showing me how much I need to pay?

Hi, this is already October in 2017.

I just want to pay the bill for this month already but my account does not show how much I need to pay. How can I know how much I exactly need to pay for October?

Hi @Mushroomwhopper!

Your bill will be made available 2-5 days after then end of your billing cycle. If you're registered to online billing, you'll get an e-mail notification once it's ready.
