Where do I return home phone modem?

I recently cancelled my home phone with Fido (I still have my cell phone with Fido) and I need to return the home phone modem. Is it possible to return it via mail?

The home phone device belongs to you. You would have paid a fee for it when you first got the service that fee was for the purchase of the device.
