Fido Website (Account customer service - Contact us | Fido) states the phone lines and the Live Chat is open from 9am-5pm on Weekends. It is now Sunday at 10am and neither the phone line or the Chat line is open.
I'm startng to see a pattern here. So making rediculous errors on my bill - making rediculous errors on their website - etc...
Is there anyone working for Fido that actually cares about the company or their customers?

Oh I forgot the punch line. When you call them, their opening message states that they are open from 9am to 5pm on weekends. They make you listen intently and press numbers until you find the right area, then enter your phone number and pin, and then get told that the office is closed and for us to call them back weekdays 8-12 or weekends 9-5. It's 10am right now, but apparently that does not matter. They're too busy to inform customers when they are really available.

Actually, that's not true! I have been phoning them since 8am today, and they simply say to call back during regular business hours, without stating what those hours are! Now I have wasted almost 1/2 an hour trying to speak to someone. Fido is reporting me consistently every month for not paying my bill, when the due date isn't even unti the 23rd! They do this to me every single month, after I always pay on the 19th or 20th! This, after I have been with them since 2007, and have had a second line that was always paid on time as well. It is affecting my credit score, and I am pissed !!! Just tell me when I can speak to someone and find out why this happens, and how I can resolve it already !!!!!

Sorry to hear you've been having a difficult time contacting customer service. However, I thnk the service hours have been changed since the OP's post. As far as I can tell, none of the service venues open at 8am. In addition, they no longer appear to be open on Sundays. You can view the availability times here.
You should note the forums are community-driven and not intended as a venue for customer services. We do not have access to customers' accounts nor would we be in any position to address your matter. If you are still having difficulty calling customer service, they can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter. Those methods can be accessed via the contact page posted above. Though, their opening hours appear to be similar to their call-in options.
