This is the second bill I've received since purchasing a new iPhone XS. During the discussion with the CSR thru chat she mentioned a $100 bill credit would be applied but it hasn't shown up yet. When should I expect to see this bill credit?

You will see the $100 credit on your bill within 2 to 3 bill cycles. I suggest contacting us here in case you do not receive the bill credit on your next invoice.
